Marc Zuluaga

Marc Zuluaga works out of Steven Winter Associates (SWA) New York City office, where he identified and implemented approaches to improve building performance in dozens of multifamily buildings. He enjoys measuring building system performance and feeding this information back into project experiences with stakeholders. Marc also spent six years working with production home builders as part of SWA’s Building America program.
