Sam Rashkin

Sam Rashkin has managed ENERGY STAR® for Homes since its conception.  Under his leadership the program has grown to more than seven thousand builder partners and over one million labeled homes. He is also introducing a new EPA indoor air quality label and an advanced technology program for elite builders called ENERGY STAR Concept Home. Sam is a registered architect in California and New York who has completed over one hundred energy efficient residential projects.
