MULT 3 - New Incentive & Financing Opportunities for NJ Multifamily Buildings

According to the 2009 NJ Master Plan, "The multifamily sector accounts for just under half of all housing units. To date it has been unclear which New Jersey program is designated to serve this market (Residential, Business or Low Income) and therefore a significant proportion of these buildings are either addressed inappropriately or not at all."  This session will explain the programs that have recently been announced to resolve this issue.
