MULT 1 - Successful Mutlifamily Case Studies

This session will present proven examples for owners, auditors, and performance contractors to take advantage of opportunities in the multifamily sector. Doing the same type of work in a large number of apartments or upgrading a central system that serves many units is inherently efficient and can make excellent business sense. Air sealing, aerators, boiler, lighting, and ventilation upgrades will all be discussed along with proven utility bill reductions.
