Mark Fortney
Mark Fortney is the director of the Pennsylvania Housing Research Center (PHRC) at Penn State University. The PHRC conducts applied research, fosters the development and commercialization of innovative technologies, and provides training and technology transfer services to the residential construction industry. He has twenty years of experience relating to energy efficiency in both residential and commercial construction.
