Jim Fitzgerald
Jim Fitzgerald worked for the Center for Energy and Environment (CEE) and helped implement a testing and installation management system for the sound insulation programs at the Minneapolis and Milwaukee Airports. Jim was responsible for solutions to spillage, ventilation, and moisture problems. He recently joined Conservation Services Group as director of building diagnostics and is working on Home Performance with ENERGY STAR® program implementation.
