Jay Hall, Building Knowledge, Inc., has developed voluntary market transformation programs including Fannie Mae’s Emissions Trading Initiative. He has managed the consulting team that developed and supported the EPA’s ENERGY STAR^® for Homes program. Jay has been the primary consultant to the US Green Building Council’s LEED^® for Homes program, and serves as interim program manager for LEED for Homes.
