Hear real-world approaches to quality control and quality assurance processes. These include in-house orientation and training, test-in and test-out protocols, monitoring work flow and performance, and providing feedback. Learn how to ensure quality installations by using on-the-job training and field protocols. Various forms of employee motivation, responsibility delegation, and quality workmanship verification will be discussed. This session is appropriate for both technical and non-technical audiences.
