Laura McNaughton
Laura McNaughton is the Residential Energy Efficiency Services Manager with National Grid, formerly New England Electric Services Companies (NEES), a position she has had since 1993. Laura oversees delivery of the annual $30 million residential energy efficiency programs to the company’s customers, manages staff in delivering market transformation programs, and testifies and presents program plans to regulators, advocates, and ESCOs.
