David Keefe, Manager of Training Services for the Vermont Energy Investment Corporation, is a former contractor who provides consulting and training services related to building performance. He has delivered more than eight hundred technical training sessions to both professionals and homeowners, including building science, energy codes, home energy ratings, low income weatherization, diagnostic techniques, and installation methods.
