MFD 01 - House as a System: Master Class for Trainers (Pre-registration Required)

This full day interactive training session is designed for new and experienced trainers, as well as training program decision makers, developers and managers. It will focus on learner centered training, delivery techniques, class participation, training props, and resources. Hap Haven will use the “House as a System” concept, and blend it into his unique professional teaching style to deliver a full day, informative, and effective training session. The morning session will be an interactive demo class with the afternoon providing time for discussion of props, resources, questions, and answers.
