The most effective housing audits are based on a framework of housing science that includes energy use, building integrity and client behavior. Participants will get a basic understanding of the fundamentals that contribute to a thorough evaluation of a house using best practices.

2. Understand the best practices of an auditor
3. Have an understanding of the elements that make up a quality audit
