How do you get the most out of your existing windows and do it in a safe and healthy manner? Examine the range of technical options including storm windows, window films, solar screens, sash replacement, and movable window insulation. Recognize the importance of managing mold and deteriorated lead-based paint that may be present due to condensation or other damage. Discover techniques, standards, testing, and materials available to reduce air leaks through the window and frame.

1. Explore technical options to improve the performance of existing windows
2. Recognize the importance of using lead safe work practices while working on windows
3. Learn techniques to increase window tightness for a variety of windows types found in single family and multifamily buildings
