To be eligible for a group discount, attendees must register together and total payment must be from one mailing address.

RESTRICTIONS AND CANCELLATION
If cancelled on or after September 20, 2004, a $100 non-refundable cancellation fee will be charged. Refund requests must be received at the ACI office in writing by September 20, 2004.
PLEASE NOTE: a two-day registration may not be shared by two (or more) individuals.
