Joe Kuonen

Joe Kuonen is Program Manager of Arkansas residential utility programs for CLEAResult Consulting. Joe is former Director of National Standards for Building Performance Institute. He has over 22 years experience in blower door testing, house and duct diagnostics, energy ratings, load calculations, heating-and-air, insulation, and training. He is a licensed HVAC contractor and was cofounder of a home performance contracting company, where he regularly sold over $1 million annually in home performance packages. For ten years, Joe hosted a live radio call-in show on Home Performance. He was director and host of the ACI webcast training series, “Duct Camp.”
