Stephen Cowell

Stephen L. Cowell is chairman and chief executive officer of Conservation Services Group (CSG) and has been the founder and director of numerous energy efficiency and renewable energy organizations. For the past thirty years, he has been involved in conservation programs around the country and has successfully advocated for energy efficiency as an electric power supply option.
