Bob Dwyer

Bob Dwyer is the director of training for COSA (Carbon Monoxide Safety Association). He helps develop and implement technical educational programs associated with carbon monoxide, combustion system analysis, building pressures, and green awareness. He worked in weatherization for 15 years and was director of training for Bacharach for 13 years.
