Miki Cook

Miki Beacom-Cook, a LEED-AP / Homes, HERS Rater, and RESNET Green Verifier, is senior green building and sustainability consultant for Austin Energy Green Building. While developing a dual-certification for Austin Energy Single-Family Program Rating and the NAHB ICC-700 National Green Building Standard, she drafted a homeowner manual that would meet the goals of both programs. Additionally, Miki provides LEED-H certification services and holds copyrights on a homeowner manual that meets the USGBC's certification requirement.
