Jackie Berger

Jacqueline Berger is the director of program evaluation at APPRISE, Inc. Her areas of expertise are study design, data analysis, survey research, and performance measurement. She has conducted evaluation studies of energy efficiency and bill payment programs for federal and state government agencies, utility companies, and nonprofit organizations around the country.
