Liz Robinson

Liz Robinson has been the executive director of the Energy Coordinating Agency of Philadelphia since its inception in 1984. ECA and its network of Neighborhood Energy Centers serve more than forty thousand low income households annually, delivering energy conservation, education, home repair, and bill payment assistance programs. ECA is a provider in ENERGY STAR^® Homes and LEED^® for Homes Programs.
