Suzanne Harmelink is senior program manager for Targeted Home Performance with ENERGY STAR^® along with the Wisconsin Home Energy Plus Training and Technical Assistance projects at WECC. Having been involved in the development and implementation of innovative training and technical assistance initiatives for weatherization field staff and subcontractors for the past twenty years, she has gained insight on how to deliver successful and effective training.
