Henry Gifford bought his first apartment houses in New York City when he was twenty, and wondered what he could do about the energy costs. He discovered that he liked the boiler room more than the management office, and has been working on making large buildings energy efficient ever since. His unique understanding of both the theory and the practice of energy efficiency and mechanical systems is a powerful combination, which he will use to illuminate these subjects for you.
