The greatest opportunity in the history of our industry is in front of us. One hundred twenty-eight million homes need energy upgrades and greening. This session will focus on how to build in quality rather than inspecting it in. We will look at quality from the 1700s to present and look at the most successful quality process in history. We will focus on why that process was successful and how to recreate it in your company. This session will show processes and tools that will assure work will be done right the first time.
