There were important changes from the 2006 to the 2009 versions of the International Energy Conservation Code (IECC), including some new requirements that introduce building performance verification for low-rise residential buildings. These changes could have a significant effect on the home performance industry. Understand the key changes, explore how they might impact home performance professionals, and explore the impact on national energy savings. Attendees should have a basic familiarity with the code; i.e., this is not a primer.
