As a contractor, maintaining profitability while producing high quality work and high levels of customer satisfaction can be a difficult challenge. Too often, the work quality suffers. Hear real-world approaches to quality control and quality assurance processes. These include in-house orientation and training, test-in and test-out protocols, monitoring work flow and performance, and providing feedback. Learn how to ensure quality installations by using on-the-job training and field protocols. This session is appropriate for both technical and non-technical audiences.
