Simple little homes have many advantages in terms of maintenance, durability, energy efficiency, and indoor air quality, but they need proper care and handling if these advantages are to be realized. This session is designed to help recognize, diagnose, and fix problems affordably.

By attending this session, participants will

1. Learn to use a building science approach to recognize problems
2. Understand what works and what doesn't in building new or fixing existing structure
3. Appreciate that small simple structures are the wave of the future
