PROG 1 - Water Efficiency: Changing Programs, Policies, & Products

Since the mid-1990s, the emphasis of the industry to achieve improved water efficiency while at the same time assuring functional performance (and, thus, user satisfaction) also resulted in the need for and creation of the U.S. EPA's WaterSense labeling program. This session will explore the changing attitudes toward water conservation and related programs and products.
 
By attending this session, participants will
 
  1. Explore the array of water conservation products now available
  2. Understand basic tenets of the EPA “WaterSense” program
  3. Develop strategies for networking to promote collaborative change in water conservation attitudes that mutually benefit the environment, consumers, and regulatory officials
