Water intrusion in crawl spaces can be a source of aggravation, allergies, odors and structural degradation. Accurate assessment and understanding of water intrusion events and causes make the resulting solutions effective for the long term. Discuss causes, prevention, and cures and their impact on the quality of life for the occupants. Compare the assets of conditioned and unconditioned crawl spaces. In addition, find out how to prevent water in crawl spaces during construction and site drainage approaches.
