What is expected of Presenters?

PRESENTER / ACI EXPECTATIONS

Core Conference workshop presenters agree to:

§ Draft session abstract, objectives, and keywords with co–presenters

§ Meet deadlines

§ Develop a high quality presentation

§ Respond to inquiries in a timely manner

§ Provide for session interaction – the total formal presentation should be no more than 60 minutes for a 100–minute session

§ Register for the conference and pay the conference registration fee[1] [2]

§ Confirm AV needs & handouts

§ Develop and submit workshop timeline

ACI agrees to:

Respond to inquiries in a timely manner
Organize conference logistics to support a high quality program
Respond to requests for discounted registration fee, waiver, or assistance with travel expenses promptly and fairly

[1] No registration fee is due if the presenter is only attending their own session

[2] Registration waivers and discounts are available upon request
