What if I have to cancel?

If You Have to Cancel...
It is inevitable that some presenters will need to cancel due to illness or an emergency at work or home. Should this occur, we appreciate your fullest cooperation in order to minimize the adverse impact of these changes.

Should you have to cancel, please contact the Program Director.

• Approved substitutes will be confirmed by the Program Director, or a designated representative.
• The decision regarding who will fill a vacancy is the Program Director's. Your recommendations for a replacement are welcome. Make it clear to a potential substitute that the arrangement is tentative.
• Let the Program Director know as early as possible that you may have to cancel.
• Please keep ACI informed of any change in your status.
