What is the Conflict of Interest Policy?

Conflict of Interest Policy
It is the policy of ACI, Inc., to present the most accurate and practical information in our conference workshops, short courses, and other sessions.  Therefore, information based on field experience related to specific or brand name equipment, products, materials, or services is encouraged.

Any person who agrees to participate as an ACI presenter must adhere to this policy.  Your agreement to be a presenter on the ACI Conference agenda conveys your agreement to cooperate with this policy.

Statements made in workshops, short courses, or sessions that are intended to increase sales of specific equipment, products, materials, or services, especially by persons who have a financial interest in these increased sales, are considered to be a conflict of interest and are expressly prohibited.
