Sam Hepfer

Samuel Hepfer is Weatherization Program Director for South Central Community Action Programs Inc. (SCCAP) and has 30 years experience administering Government and Utility funded weatherization programs in Pennsylvania. Currently Mr. Hepfer administers the DOE & LIEAP funded Weatherization Assistance Program and utility funded Low Income Usage Reduction Programs for Met-Ed, Penelec, Allegheny Power, UGI Gas Utilities and Columbia Gas. SCCAP is a regional weatherization program providing services in Adams, Cumberland, Franklin, York Counties and Harrisburg City in south central Pennsylvania.
