Dora Tharp
Dora Tharp began working in the Home Weatherization Assistance Program in 1980 and has been the energy coordinator for Neighborhood Housing Services of Toledo since 1984. Dora was one of the originators of the Ohio Partners for Affordable Energy (OPAE) and serves on the Ohio Consumers Council’s Low Income Dialogue Group and the Ohio Home Weatherization Policy Advisory Committee.Courses by this presenter:
