Kimberly Wagoner

Kim Wagoner is a licensed professional engineer with Eastern Research Group, where she provides technical support and expertise on water conservation. Her job includes market and technical research and program development and implementation for EPA’s WaterSense program. Kim’s contributions include product specification development, establishment of third-party certification requirements, building program infrastructure, industry / stakeholder correspondence, and public outreach.
