Mark Hand

Mark Hand works as ENERGY STAR® coordinator within the Pennsylvania Department of Environmental Protection’s Energy Office in Harrisburg, PA. Mark’s current roles include promoting and educating the public on ENERGY STAR programs and developing energy efficiency and sustainability programs for the residential and education sectors. He also serves as a solar energy contact for his office.
