Rick Terry

Rick Terry is the director of the Factory Built Housing Center at the Pennsylvania College of Technology in Williamsport, PA. He develops and maintains educational programs that include the Modular Housing Training Institute (MHTI) and provides research and support activities that further the success of the building systems marketplace. Rick spent over seventeen years in the modular industry.
