Michael Stoddard

Michael Stoddard is an attorney at Environment Northeast (ENE), where he directs ENE's transportation programs and its work in Maine and Canada. He is the co-author of the Climate Change Roadmap for New England and Eastern Canada. Michael has helped research, design, and advocate adoption of landmark energy efficiency and cap and trade policies in the New England states.
