Marc Zuluaga

Marc Zuluaga enjoys measuring building system performance and feeding this information back into project experiences with stakeholders. Working out of Steven Winter Associate’s NYC office, he has identified and implemented approaches to improve building performance in dozens of new and existing multifamily buildings. Marc also spent six years working with production home builders as part of SWA’s Building America program.
