Kathy Greely
Kathy Greely is program manager for PA Home Energy with Performance Systems Development. She has worked on community energy issues in Northwestern Pennsylvania for the past ten years, where she developed the Commonwealth Community Energy Project, a program of the Pennsylvania Environmental Council and Allegheny College.
