Mike Turns

Mike Turns began working as a housing program development specialist at the PHRC in 2005. His work has included estimating the potential impacts of residential energy efficiency programs in Pennsylvania, and implementing an energy code technical assistance program and compliance assessment. Mike holds a Master’s degree in ecology at Penn State with research focused on the ecological footprint of new housing in central Pennsylvania.
