Charles Segerstrom

Charles Segerstrom is the supervisor of residential and small commercial energy efficiency training for Pacific Gas and Electric Company (PG&E) in northern California. He has twenty-six years of experience with training, program development, technical consultation, and energy center management. The training center that he manages is responsible for support of PG&E’s mass market.
