Joy Schmalzle

Joy Schmalzle has managed residential programs for PPL Electric Utilities for thirty years. She has been the director of PPL’s low income programs for thirteen years including the utility’s Winter Relief Assistance Program (WRAP). The WRAP program provides measures and education to help low income customers reduce their electric bills and improve their comfort and safety.
