Bill Parlapiano is founder of BP Consulting in Ballston Spa, New York and a principal consultant for Better Buildings, Inc., Santa Ana, California. He has worked with the building and trades industry for over two decades and has experience as a contractor, consultant, federal and state government employee, and as the former CEO of BPI, a non-profit organization.
