Mike O'Brien
Mike O’Brien has been the green building specialist for the Portland Office of Sustainable Development since 2000. He provides free start-up consulting on new homes, remodels, and multifamily projects. Mike also organizes educational and outreach events and creates information resources, including the Green Home Remodeling Guide.
