Tom Neltner

Tom Neltner joined the National Center for Healthy Housing in August 2005 as the director of training and education. He is a chemical engineer and attorney. Previously, Tom was the executive director of the Improving Kids’ Environment, a nonprofit advocacy group dedicated to children’s environmental health issues.
