Suzanne Harmelink
Suzanne Harmelink is the manager of low-income programs and services for Wisconsin Energy Conservation Corporation (WECC). She directs the development and implementation of Targeted Home Performance with ENERGY STARŪ, municipal utility low-income programs, and Wisconsin's weatherization training, technical assistance, and quality control.
