David Hales

David Hales is a contractor, building scientist, and technical trainer with over twenty-five years in the construction industry. He is involved with the design, construction, and performance evaluation of energy efficient healthy buildings and provides technical support for the ENERGY STAR® Homes Northwest Program, Building America, and utility based programs in the Pacific Northwest.
