WHOL 8 - Solving Physical Barriers to Energy Saving Measures

Thursday, April 10, 2008  ·  10:30 AM - 12:10 PM

How many customers has your program encountered who needed extra help that was outside the scope of your funding, in some cases preventing you from providing the services you could otherwise? Having other funding sources that help pay for those services can provide extra benefits to your program, your clients, and your customers. Discuss examples of how some service barriers can be overcome, how and where funding can be secured, and what benefits can be realized.

By attending this session, participants will

  1. See examples of how funding was secured for services outside the original scope of utility program
  2. Learn ways to find additional resources to help your customers
