Quality education programs designed to prepare, retrain, or provide continuing education opportunities are becoming more widely available. The challenge remains filling the seats with quality candidates interested in learning. Is it a disconnect between the candidates, influencers, and decision makers? Perhaps it's time, money, or something else? Explore some of the traditional and emerging ways that education programs are being delivered and how educational programs are attracting qualified candidates.
 
By attending this session, participants will
 
1.      Learn about education available for initial training, retraining, and continuing education
2.      Understand the variety of traditional and emerging ways that education can be delivered
3.      Hear from and interact with the educators to improve efforts to attract people to green collar education programs
