Find out more about the array of energy and green programs that serve residential customers in the Northwest. Gain a better understanding of what they have in common. How can a contractor or builder decide if participation will complement their business plan? Learn how to examine program bid specifications, submit bids, and invest in training so that your involvement is a win-win-win opportunity for you, the program, and the consumer. This session is designed for contractors and builders who do not have experience participating in utility or government programs.
 
By attending this session, participants will
 
  1. Understand how participation in a program with customer recruitment, specifications, and third party inspections differ from business as usual for a contractor or builder
  2. Have a better idea of how energy programs are functioning in the Northwest and what organizations are involved in their implementation
  3. Find out how to overcome the challenges related to participating and where to go to get your questions answered
